Chrysler Mopar Dodge
Assuming that you own one of course: Would you put 15" tires on a K-CAR?
Imagine a 1980's era K-Car, a Chrysler LeBaron convertible or the Dodge version (400 I think it was called) built between 1982 to 1986.
Now, assuming it has either the stock 13" tires, or even the optional 14" tires, would you opt to put 15" MOPAR rims on it that would just bolt right on with no mods needed, and outfit the car with the proper size 15" tires that clear the wells?
Why..or why not?
Please no "I wouldn't own one of those pieces of junk" type response, I'm just after solid answers that addess my question.

I thought i was the only person who still drove a "K" car!
I have a 1984 that came factory with a bench seat and a 4 speed (my pap bought it new,....then I got it) It was an impressive car in stock form (impressive for a K car that is)
I replaced the drive line with a modified 2.2 turbo and a 5 speed from a dodge omni GLHS that had been rolled.
I run 15" shelby aluminum wheels.
The car looks and runs great,however there are not many people in my home town that I can "surprise" any more as everyone knows the car. Keep in mind that it is a 4 door,and other than a nice paint job and the wheels,.....it looks like any other K car,.....until the light turns green.
The car runs consistant 11.2's on street tires and through a full exhaust.
Put the wheels on your K car and go have fun with it. And as for the people out there who would call these cars junk,......all I can say is that these make the PERFECT sleeper! Who would expect it.
