FORTUNATE!!!! We were recently broke down in Memphis with our RV. It was an awful felling to be out of town and not know where to go. We had joining the Great Sam RV Owners Club road assistance a few months ago. We referred to as them and they sent a wrecker and advised Chuck Hutton Chevrolet of Memphis TN as a possible place to come for the repair function. We are glad we did!!! Gary Small was a great individual that day. He took the camper in and even found us a ride to the bus station to get back house. He known as the following Monday with an estimate and had the repair function done right away. He was so kind and professional. KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! I wanted to take this time to let you know what amazing program I've had within the program department of Chuck Hutton Chevrolet in Memphis, TN. I moved to Memphis at the end of June and came to Chuck Hutton Chevy with a non-working air conditioner in my Chevrolet automobile. Gary Tiny instantly came to my assistance and explained what the process would be. There was no wait and Gary continued to answer my questions with patience and kindness. Gary was extremely thorough when explaining the situation to me and gave me all my choices. I was so pleased with Gary's attitude and kindness that I returned at the end of September for an oil change. He welcomed me, and my automobile was ready in a half an hour. I want to let you know what an extraordinary support man you have in Gary Tiny. His kindness and knowledge made the transition to Memphis much easier.
